· Determining the required materials and follow up purchase orders.
· Plan inventory levels and execute all forecasting and planning programs.
· Ensuring materials meet specifications, quality standards, and are cost-efficient.
· Ensuring the consistent and adequate supply of materials necessary for production.
· Preparing budgets and overseeing the financial administration of planning projects.
· Prepare reports for all planning activity metrics and analyze all results to recommend required improvements in performance and collaborate with departments to forecast all required strategies.
· Developing and Promptly addressing and resolving production issues to minimize delays in production.
· Tracking production volume and monitoring customer demand patterns
· Scheduling and overseeing the supply and delivery of materials and products.
· Preparing cost estimates and performance reports.
