• Carry out routine maintenance work and respond to equipment faults
• Diagnose breakdown problems
• Fit new parts and make sure equipment is working correctly
• Carry out quality inspections on jobs
• Control maintenance tools, stores and equipment
• Monitor and control maintenance costs
• Deal with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs
• Implement health and safety policies and procedures
• Implement all preventive and corrective actions for breakdowns and malfunctioning as per the management instructions
• Provide notification of obsolete equipment, with request for relevant elimination from assets
• Complete the collection and entry of data necessary to update the facility and equipment management archive
• Propose modification to preventive maintenance schedules, on the basis of data received
